How would this work if instead of the 'otherpage.html#anchorname' text, it was '/servlet/servletname#anchorname'?
When this construct is used in HTML, not JavaScript, Netscape doesn't handle it correctly. It reloads the second frame, because it called the servlet, and positions the forma at the bottom. Then another click on the first frame href will position the second frame at the anchorname without recalling the servlet.
