irt.org provides one unmoderated mailinglist to the benefit of the Web community at large. We do this as we believe that a highly responsive and interactive community is the best way to create new ideas and bring the Web forward.

The subscription policy to the mailing lists is that everybody can subscribe and post mails to the lists. However, in order to make this service work to everybody's benefit there are some important ground rules that you as a user must follow:

• Only discussions on internet related techonologies This is a very broad topic, but please do not expand it to include such off topic issues as e.g your favourite TV-show, soccer, wine or music.
• No offensive mails
  Any offensive, potentially threatening or harrassing posts will cause the sender to be banned from the irt.org mailinglist.
  irt.org has the sole discretion in deciding what constitutes offensive.
• Spam mail is banned!
  Bulk distribution of commercial solicitation (often called spam mail) is extremely impolite to the participants of a mailing list, and possibly illegal.
• Do not under any circumstance post spam to the irt.org mailing list! Spam mail is not welcomed or tolerated by most users of the Internet and irt.org does not tolerate such behavior on the irt.org mailinglist.

  If you break this rule, we might enable a siteban, which means that, the mailinglist will be set up not to post anything that originates from your ISP.
